The founder of the company has 70 years’ experience in food distribution and 30 years’ experience in sugar industry, started his work with traditional way (Patil) and then in 1380 started producing sugar cubes by fully automatic equipment. In 1390 embarked on establishing Shirinkar Alborz Company with “Koomak” brand name, in an area of 2850 square meters and 1200 square meters substructure.

In Shirinkar Alborz, the food engineers and experts are employed to produce sugar with baking method in vacuum. This method is designed and baked based on refined sugar which observes all the National standard requirements.

At the time of establishing Shirinkar Alborz Company, breaking the sugar loaves became customary. Therefor the company started producing broken sugar.

Since 1382 Shirinkar have cooperated with Nestle to make caramel. at the time being, we are able to produce 4 types of caramel. In general, the daily production capacity of the company is about 15 tons of sugar loaf and about 10 tons of caramel.

Shirinkar Alborz company with laboratory and skilled staff, executes the standards of process control, from purchasing the ingredients to storing the final products.
